为了保障防洪、供水安全，保护水生态环境，根据《中华人民共和国水法》《广东省河道管理条例》《广东省河道采砂管理条例》等法律法规的规定，并综合考虑河道河砂蕴藏、河床演变、水情、工程安全、水环境等情况，现将2025年度白云区管采砂河道河砂禁采区公告如下：
In order to ensure the safety of flood control and water supply and protect the water ecological environment, according to Water law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations of Guangdong Province on Administration of River Courses, Regulations of Guangdong Province on Administration of River Sand Mining and other laws and regulations, with river sand reserves, riverbed evolution, water regime, engineering safety, water environment, etc. taken into consideration, the mining-banned area of the Baiyun District-governed sand mining river courses in 2025 is hereby announced as follows:
一、流溪河干流、新街河干流、白坭河、珠江西航道等省主要河道、市管河道白云区段的河砂禁采区按照上级水行政主管部门的规定执行。
1. Mining-banned area of river sand in Liuxi River trunk stream, Xinjie River trunk stream, Baini River and Pearl River west channel and other main provincial or Guangzhou-governed rivers ,which are located in Baiyun District, shall be subject to the regulations of the superior water administration authority.
二、白云区辖区内所有区管河道（河段）划定为2025年度河砂禁采区。
2. All the river courses under the jurisdiction of Baiyun District are zoned as river sand mining-banned areas in 2025.
三、对以上河道（河段），停止受理河道采砂申请和发放《河道采砂许可证》，禁止一切河道采砂活动（水行政主管部门批准的河道整治及航道疏浚工程除外）。违反本公告规定的，将依法予以查处。
3. For the above rivers, river sand mining applications and issuances of river sand mining licenses shall be no longer accepted, and all river sand mining activities shall be prohibited (except river course regulation and channel dredging projects approved by water administration authority). Those who violate the provisions of this Announcement will be investigated and punished according to law.
四、本公告自2025年1月1日起施行，有效期至2025年12月31日止。
4. This Announcement shall come into force since January 1, 2025 and shall remain valid until December 31, 2025.
