广州市白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于新增人和镇、新市街、鹤龙街部分区域为封控区、管控区、防范区的通告（第32号）
Notification of New Lockdown, Partial Lockdown and Restricted Zones in Renhe Town, Xinshi Subdistrict and Helong Subdistrict, Baiyun District (No. 32)
根据疫情防控形势，经综合研判，现就我区新增封控区、管控区、防范区等相关事宜通告如下：
Upon the comprehensive assessment of the current COVID-19 situation, new lockdown, partial lockdown and restricted zones have been designated as follows:
一、新增封控区8个
I. The following 8 areas have been designated as lockdown zones:
（一）人和镇5个。
1. Five in Renhe Town.
1．凤和村凤元街环村路1号。
2．老井农庄。
3．东华村达贤街48号、50号、52号；东华村大田西七巷12号、14号，九巷12号、14号，十一巷12号。
4．凤和凤南东路四街十二巷1号至十二巷7号、四街29号至十五巷6号、四街十二巷7号至十五巷6号、四街25号至四街29号。
5．新联村新联东路北四巷5号、6号、7号、8号、9号、10号及新联村新联东路北三巷5号、7号、9号。
(1) No. 1 Huancun Road, Fengyuan Street, Fenghe Village.
(2) Laojing Farm.
(3) No. 48, 50 and 52 Daxian Street, Donghua Village; No. 12 and 14 Datian West 7th Lane, No. 12 and 14 Datian West 9th Lane, No. 12 Datian West 11th Lane, Donghua Village.
(4) No. 1-7 12th Lane 4th Street, No. 29 4th Street - No. 6 15th Lane 4th Street, No. 7 12th Lane to No. 6 15th Lane 4th Street, No. 25 – No. 29 4th Street Fengnan East Road, Fenghe Village.
(5) No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 North 4th Lane, Xinlian East Road, Xinlian Village; No. 5, 7 and 9 North 3rd Lane, Xinlian East Road, Xinlian Village.
（二）新市街道2个。
2. Two in Xinshi Subdistrict.
1．棠涌村棠乐路东四巷1号、2号、3号、4号、5号、6号，棠涌村棠乐路东三巷1号、3号、5号。
2．棠涌西约二巷40-1号、39号、38号、34-1号、34号、40号。
(1) No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 East 4th Lane, Tangle Road, Tangyong Village; No. 1, 3 and 5 East 3rd Lane, Tangle Road, Tangyong Village.
(2) No. 40-1, 39, 38, 34-1, 34 and 40, Xiyue 2nd Lane, Tangyong Village.
（三）鹤龙街道1个。
3. One in Helong Subdistrict.
黄边北路150号。
No.150 Huangbian North Road.
上述区域严格实行“区域封闭、足不出户、服务上门”管理措施，定期进行核酸检测。
Residents in these areas shall be placed under mandatory home quarantine, while basic services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. PCR testing will also be conducted regularly.
二、新增管控区5个
II. The following 5 areas have been designated as partial lockdown zones:
（一）人和镇2个。（在原管控区基础上重计管控时间）。
1. Two in Renhe Town. (The partial lockdown period will be recalculated based on the previous arrangements.)
1．凤和村凤元街1号、2号、3号，环村路2号、3号。
2．岗尾村。
(1) No. 1, 2 and 3 Fengyuan Street, Fenghe Village; No. 2 and 3 Huancun Road.
(2) Gangwei Village.
（二）新市街道2个。
2. Two in Xinshi Subdistrict.
1．东至棠涌村棠乐路东一巷，西至棠涌村棠乐路临时编号16-3，南至棠涌村棠乐路，北至棠涌村棠乐路火央基。
2．西往南方向西苑路41-49号、西往东方向西苑东九巷，北往东方向西苑东九巷尾（胡同）到西约一巷27号，东往西方向西约一巷27号往西苑路49号、棠涌西苑中街2号107铺到棠涌西苑路18号堡狮隆临街档1109号。
(1) The area encircled by East 1st Lane, Tangle Road, Tangyong Village in the east; No. 16-3 (temporary identifier) Tangle Road, Tangyong Village in the west; Tangle Road, Tangyong Village in the south; and Huoyangji Tangle Road, Tangyong Village in the north.
(2) From west to south: No. 41-49 Xiyuan Road; from west to east, Xiyuan East 9th Lane; from north to east, end of Xiyuan East 9th Lane to No. 27 Xiyue 1st Lane; from east to west, No. 27 Xiyue 1st Lane to No. 49 Xiyuan Road, Shop 107 No. 2 Xiyuan Middle Street, Tangyong to Shop 1109 Baoshilong, No. 18 Xiyuan Road, Tangyong.
（三）鹤龙街道1个。
黄边北路150号B1北裙楼及塔楼、152号裙楼及塔楼、B5北塔楼及裙楼。
3.One in Helong Subdistrict.
North annex building and tower, B1 No. 150 Huangbian North Road; annex building and tower No. 152; north tower and annex building B5.
上述区域严格实行“足不出区、错峰取物”管理措施。
Residents in these areas shall not go beyond the partial lockdown zones, and deliveries must be collected on a staggered basis.
三、新增防范区1个
III. The following area has been designated as a restricted zone
新市街道全域。
The whole area of Xinshi Subdistrict.
上述区域实行“强化社会面管控、严格限制人员聚集”管理措施。区域内全体人员24小时内检测核酸一次，人员非必要不外出。
Containment measures will be enhanced, and gatherings will be restricted in this area. All people within the area will be subject to a PCR testing in 24 hours and shall not leave the area for non-essential reasons.
以上措施自2022年4月30日起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化及时调整。请上述管控区域的市民朋友，非必要不出门，并积极配合镇街、村居采取必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施。由此给市民朋友出行带来的不便，敬请谅解。请大家不造谣、不信谣、不传谣。封控区、管控区内市民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打人和镇暖心服务热线：020-86034087（白天)、13326478999（24小时），新市街暖心服务热线：020-36608017、020-36218969（24小时），鹤龙街暖心服务热线：020-31524492（24小时）。
The above-mentioned measures have been implemented since April 30, 2022. These measures will be adjusted in a timely manner following changes in the COVID-19 control and prevention situation. We urge residents in the partial lockdown zones to refrain from unnecessary travel and actively cooperate with the subdistricts and communities to implement necessary precautionary measures such as taking PCR testing. We appreciate your understanding for the inconvenience caused. We also hope you can distinguish disinformation and misinformation from facts and refrain from creating or disseminating false information.
