广州市白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部关于新增人和镇、龙归街部分区域为封控区、管控区、防范区的通告（第30号）
Notification of New Lockdown, Partial lockdown, and Restricted Zones in Renhe Town and Longgui Subdistrict, Baiyun District (No. 30)
根据疫情防控形势，经综合研判，现就我区新增封控区、管控区、防范区等相关事宜通告如下：
Upon the comprehensive assessment of the current COVID-19 situation, new lockdown, partial lockdown, and restricted zones have been designated as follows:
一、新增以下区域为封控区
1.The following areas have been designated as lockdown zones:
封控区1：龙归街北村西街南一巷18号、6号，北村西大街9号、7号、5号；
Zone 1: No. 18 and 6 of South 1st Lane, Beicun West Street；No. 9, 7, 5 of Beicun West Street, Longgui Subdistrict;
封控区2：人和镇东华村上华北八巷5号、7号、9号，十巷5号、7号、9号，七巷2号，六巷1号、3号；
Zone 2: No. 5, 7, and 9 of Lane 8; No. 5, 7, and 9 of Lane 10; No. 2 of Lane 7; No. 1 and 3 of Lane 6, Shanghuabei Street, Donghua Village, Renhe Town;
封控区3：人和镇人和村三南街9号、1号、9号之1号、3号、5号、10号、4号、8号、6号、2号合围；
Zone 3: the area encircled by No. 9, 1, 9-1, 3, 5, 10, 4, 8, 6, and 2 of Sannan Street, Renhe Village, Renhe Town;
封控区4：人和镇矮岗村岗太路101号、100号、102号、103号、105号，矮岗民乐街西一巷32号、34号；
Zone 4: No. 101, 100, 102, 103, and 105 of Gangtai Road, Aigang Village, Renhe Town; No. 32 and 34 of West 1st Lane, Minle Street, Aigang Village;
封控区5：人和镇东华村达贤街303号、297号、305号、90号、92号、94号、96号；
Zone 5: No. 303, 297, 305, 90, 92, 94, 96 of Daxian Street, Donghua Village, Renhe Town;
封控区6：人和镇人和村暹边街北二巷1号、2号、3号、4号、8号、10号、12号，暹边街56号，三南街五巷8号、9号、12号。
Zone 6: No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 12 of North 2nd Lane, Xianbian Street, Renhe Village, Renhe Town; No. 56 of Xianbian Street; No. 8, 9, and 12 of Lane 5, Sannan Street.
上述区域严格实行“区域封闭、足不出户、服务上门”管理措施，定期进行核酸检测。
Residents in these areas shall be placed under mandatory home quarantine, while basic services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps. PCR testing will also be conducted regularly.
二、新增以下区域为管控区
2.The following areas have been designated as partial lockdown zones:
龙归街北村西大街1号、3号、5号、7号、9号，西街南一巷2号、4号、6号、18号，北太路、北村西大街与西街南一巷内接横路。
No. 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 of Beicun West Street; No. 2, 4, 6, and 18 of South 1st Lane, Beicun West Street; the area encircled by Beitai Road, Beicun West Street, and South 1st Lane of Beicun West Street, Longgui Subdistrict.
上述区域严格实行“足不出区、错峰取物”管理措施。
Residents in these areas shall not go beyond the partial lockdown zones, and deliveries must be collected on a staggered basis.
三、新增以下区域为防范区
3.The following area has been designated as a restricted zone:
龙归街北村全域。
The whole area of Beicun Village, Longgui Subdistrict.
上述区域实行“强化社会面管控、严格限制人员聚集”管理措施。区域内全体人员24小时内检测核酸一次，人员非必要不外出。
Tougher measures will be implemented and gatherings will be restricted. All personnel within the area will be subject to a PCR testing in 24 hours and shall not leave the area for non-essential reasons.
以上措施自2022年4月29日起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化及时调整。请上述管控区域的市民朋友，非必要不出门，并积极配合镇街、村居采取必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施。由此给市民朋友出行带来的不便，敬请谅解。请大家不造谣、不信谣、不传谣。封控区、管控区内市民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打人和镇暖心服务热线：86034087（白天）、13326478999（晚上），龙归街暖心服务热线：18928998279（24小时）。
The above-mentioned measures have been implemented since April 29, 2022. These measures will be adjusted in a timely manner following changes in the COVID-19 control and prevention situation. We urge residents in the partial lockdown zones to refrain from unnecessary travel and actively cooperate with the subdistricts and communities to implement necessary precautionary measures such as taking PCR testing. We appreciate your understanding for the inconvenience caused. We also hope you can distinguish disinformation and misinformation from facts and refrain from creating or disseminating false information.
