7月10日，白云区在常态化核酸筛查中发现1名核酸检测阳性人员，区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部立即启动应急响应，开展了区域管控、流调排查、隔离转运、核酸筛查、场所消杀等工作。现将有关情况通报如下：
Baiyun District identified a person who tested positive for COVID-19 in the routine PCR testing conducted on July 10. The District COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command Centertriggered emergency response immediately, and a number of measures have already been taken, including cordoning off exposure sites, conducting epidemiological investigations, transporting close contacts to quarantine facilities for isolation, PCR testing and disinfection of exposure sites. We hereby notify the following matters:
病例，女，29岁，居住在京溪街春兰花园。现已闭环转运至广州医科大学附属市八医院隔离治疗，诊断为新冠肺炎确诊病例（轻型）。
The patient is a 29-year-old woman who lives in Chunlan Garden, Jingxi Subdistrict. She has been transferred to Guangzhou No. 8 People’s Hospital for quarantine and treatment and has been diagnosed as a confirmed COVID-19 patient with mild symptoms.
根据初步流调情况和疫情防控需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经专家组研判，划定京溪街部分区域为中风险区、低风险区，具体如下：
In accordance with the initial epidemiological investigation findings and COVID-19 containment requirements, following relevant stipulations in the Protocol for Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9)issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, the expert panel designated some areas of Jingxi Subdistrict as medium- and low-risk zones, the details are as follows:
一、中风险区1个，京溪街京溪路春兰花园小区。实行“人不出区、错峰取物”管理措施。
1.One medium-risk zone: Chunlan Garden, Jingxi Road, Jingxi Subdistrict. Residents in this area shall not leave the designated zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.
二、低风险区1个，京溪街全域（除中风险区外）。实行“个人防护、避免聚集”管理措施。
2.One low-risk zone: the whole area of Jingxi Subdistrict (excluding the medium-risk zone). Residents in this area must take personal disease prevention measures and refrain from gathering.
以上措施自2022年7月10日起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化及时调整。请上述区域范围的市民朋友积极配合街道、社区采取必要的核酸检测等疫情防控措施，由此给市民朋友出行带来的不便，敬请谅解。请大家进一步提高防范意识，不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，持续做好个人日常防护。如有发热等不适症状，在做好个人防护的情况下，尽量避免乘坐公共交通工具，及时到医疗机构发热门诊就诊。
The measures above will be implemented starting from July 10, 2022. They will be adjusted in a timely manner in line with developments in the epidemiological situation. Residents of the aforementioned areas are advised to actively cooperate with the subdistrictand community authorities to take necessary COVID-19 containment measures such as taking the PCR testing. We appreciate your understanding for the travel disruptions caused by containment measures. Please stay alert and do not start, believe, nor spread any rumors. Please continue to practice good personal protection. If you experience fever or any other COVID-19 symptoms, please take proper protective measures and go to a fever clinic immediately. In such cases, public transportation should be avoided.
