根据当前疫情防控需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经白云区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，自2022年10月24日起，我区新增和调整以下高风险区、中风险区和低风险区：
According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Baiyun District, we have designated certain parts of the district as high-, medium- and low-risk areas on October 24, 2022.
一、高风险区
I. High-risk Areas:
（一）石井街：石槎路689号项目部办公区和项目部住宿区。
1. Shijing Subdistrict: the office area and accommodation area of the Project Department, No. 689, Shicha Road.
（二）大源街：大源田东路一街15号、17号、20号、22号、24号、26号；大源中路41号、41之一号、43号、45号、47号、49号、51号、55号、61号、63号B栋、73号、75号、77号、79号，田心南路1号、3号。
2. Dayuan Subdistrict: No. 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, First Street, Dayuantian East Road; No. 41, 41-1, 43, 45, 47, 49, 51, 55, 61, 63-B, 73, 75, 77, 79, Dayuan Middle Road; No. 1, 3, Tianxin South Road.
（三）白云湖街：夏茅沙园坊华兴花苑一巷1、2、3、4号，沙园坊华兴花苑二巷3号，沙园坊新街一巷1、2号，新街二巷1号；夏茅向西街一巷1-6号，夏茅向西街如意巷29号、31号、33号。
3. Baiyunhu Subdistrict: No. 1, 2, 3, 4, the 1st Lane, Huaxing Huayuan, Shayuanfang Street, Xiamao Village; No. 3, the 2nd Lane, Huaxing Huayuan, Shayuanfang Street; No. 1, 2, the 1st Lane and No. 1, the 2nd Lane, Shayuanfang New Street; No. 1 - 6, the 1st Lane, Xiangxi Street, Xiamao Village; No. 29, 31, 33, Ruyi Lane, Xiangxi Street, Xiamao Village.
高风险区域实行“足不出户、上门服务”等管理措施。
Residents in these areas are under mandatory home quarantine. Necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.
高风险区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为中风险区；连续3天无新增感染者降为低风险区。
If no new infections are detected in a high-risk area for seven consecutive days, and all residents have completed a round of PCR testing with negative results on the seventh day, it will be adjusted to a medium-risk area; if no new infections are detected for another three consecutive days, it will be adjusted to a low-risk area.
二、中风险区
II. Medium-risk Areas
（一）石井街：石槎路689号，东至石槎路，西至石井河，潭村宝鸭北路4号施工区和住宿区（除高风险区外）。
1. Shijing Subdistrict: No. 689, Shicha Road, from Shicha Road in the east to Shijing River in the west; the construction area and accommodation area, No. 4, Baoya North Road, Tancun Village (excluding high-risk areas).
（二）大源街：东自大源中路至大源田心路，西至六片山，南自大源村外环南路至大源田心路，北自大源村外环北路至大源东路（除高风险区域外）。
2. Dayuan Subdistrict: the area encircled by Dayuan Middle Road to Dayuan Tianxin Road in the east, Liupian Mountain in the west, Outer Ring South Road, Dayuan Village to Dayuan Tianxin Road in the south, and Outer Ring North Road, Dayuan Village to Dayuan East Road in the north (excluding high-risk areas).
中风险区域实行“人不出区、错峰取物”等管理措施。
Residents in these areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.
中风险区内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为低风险区。
If no new infections are detected for seven consecutive days in a medium-risk area, and all residents have completed one round of PCR testing with negative results on the seventh day, it will be adjusted to a low-risk area.
三、低风险区
III. Low-risk Area
石井街全域（除高、中风险区域外）。
The whole area of Shijing Subdistrict (excluding high- and medium-risk areas).
低风险区域实行“个人防护，避免聚集”等防范措施。
Residents in the area must take proper personal precautions and avoid gathering.
以上区域范围和管控要求将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。
The above management and control requirements will be adjusted dynamically according to the changing COVID-19 situation.
中、高风险区域内居民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打24小时暖心服务热线。
