根据当前疫情防控需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《关于进一步优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施科学精准做好防控工作的通知》（联防联控机制综发﹝2022﹞101号）相关规定，经研究决定，自2022年11月20日起，我区以下区域解除临时管控措施：
According to the Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 (Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism No. [2022] 101) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Baiyun District, We have lifted temporary lockdown measures in the following areas (excluding high-risk areas) starting from November 20, 2022.
一、三元里街
广园中路松柏东街5号、11号、13号
1. Sanyuanli Subdistrict
No. 5, 11, 13, Songbai East Street, Guangyuan Middle Road
二、均禾街
（一）东至火龙公园，南至新石路，西至机场高速桥底，北至清湖南路（除高风险区外）
（二）清湖菜田街一巷至九巷；清湖安华里、龙华里、东和里、荣华里；清湖南街1-11号，新屋门口田一巷至七巷的1至6号楼（除高风险区外）
2. Junhe Subdistrict
(1). The area with its east end at Huolong Park, south end at Xinshi Road, west end at under the bridge of the Airport Expressway and north end at Qinghu South Road (excluding high-risk areas).
(2). The 1st - 9th Lane, Caitian Street, Qinghu Village; Anhuali, Longhuali, Dongheli, Ronghuali, Qinghu Village; No. 1-11, Qinghu South Street; Building1-6 of the 1st-7th Lane, Xinwumenkoutian, Qinghu Village(excluding high-risk areas).
三、棠景街
岗贝路12号-1、12号-2、12号-3、12号-4；棠下南街后街四巷6号，棠下中街15号、17号、19号、21号，南街十巷13号
2. Tangjing Subdistrict
No. 12-1, 12-2, 12-3, 12-4, Gangbei Road; No. 6, the 4th Lane, the back street of Tangxia South Street; No. 15, 17, 19, 21, Tangxia Middle Street; No. 13, the 10th Lane, Tangxia South Street.
四、同和街
新庄居委全域（除高风险区外）
3. Tonghe Subdistrict
The whole area of Xinzhuang Residents’ Committee (excluding high-risk areas)
五、鹤龙街
鹤北街东一巷、东二巷、东三巷、东四巷、东五巷，鹤北街2号至24号（双号）
4. Helong Street
East 1st Lane, 2nd Lane, 3rd Lane, 4th Lane, 5th Lane, Hebei Street; No. 2-24 (even numbers), Hebei Street.
“解除”不等于“解防”。请广大市民朋友继续支持配合疫情防控工作，坚持规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、不聚集、测核酸、打疫苗；如有发热、干咳、乏力等可疑症状，及时报告社区并前往附近发热门诊就医。
“Lifting restrictions” doesn’t mean lifting preventative measures. We ask residents to continue to support and cooperate with the COVID-19 control and prevention work, wear masks, wash hands often, keep your home well-ventilated, avoid gathering, take PCR testing and get vaccinated; in case of fever, dry cough, fatigue and other suspicious symptoms, please report to the community immediately and go to the nearby fever clinic for medical treatment.
